The machines in this series are designed for processing workpieces made of steel and cast iron,
including medium and large parts. They perform external and internal turning,
processing of ends, holes, short cones, as well as cutting metric,
inch, modular and diametrical threads. Due to their high power,
rigidity and wide range of speeds, the machines are suitable for
both high-speed and heavy roughing.
The bed is cast in one piece, has a box-shaped internal structure and
is highly rigid. The guides are hardened, the caliper is coated
wear-resistant TSF material, which reduces the likelihood of jerks and sticking at
low feed rates.
The main spindle is characterized by high rigidity and precision, is equipped
with well-known brand bearings and
a spindle block design symmetrical in thermal distribution, preventing axial displacement. The oil
-based lubrication system reduces thermal deformation. The three-support design
increases the accuracy and rigidity of the spindle. All gears are hardened and have undergone
tooth grinding to ensure accurate and low-noise transmission. As a result

distortion, and sustained high accuracy over the long term.
